Delete a Trailhead account

You can permanently delete your Trailhead account and its owned content from the app or request deletion by email.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Trailhead and select Profile.
  2. Open Account, then select Delete account.
  3. Reauthenticate with your password, Google, or Apple.
  4. Type the confirmation and approve permanent deletion.

Deleting the app from a device does not delete the Trailhead account.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, send the request from the email address on the Trailhead account. We verify account ownership before deletion.

What is deleted

The account, profile, authentication identifiers, saved trips and routes, preferences, saved places, owned support content, push tokens, referral relationship, comments, ratings, reports, edits, and other account-owned records are deleted or de-identified as required by the deletion workflow.

Limited retention

Purchase, credit-ledger, anti-fraud, security, and legal records may be retained only where required for those purposes. Provider-side copies follow applicable provider retention and deletion obligations.
