You can remove supported saved content while keeping your Trailhead account, or request deletion of other account data.

Delete content in the app

Delete saved trips, routes, trip notes, saved places, ratings, comments, reports, or other supported content from the screen where it is managed.
Destructive actions ask for confirmation before the content is removed.
Deleting an item does not delete the Trailhead account.

Request deletion

If the content cannot be removed in the app, send the request from the email address on the Trailhead account and identify the data you want deleted. We verify account ownership before completing the request.

Limited retention

Purchase, credit-ledger, anti-fraud, security, and legal records may be retained only where required for those purposes. Provider-side copies follow applicable provider retention and deletion obligations.
